  I love my apartment it’s very homey and cozy I will be here 4 years in July My tent just went up and now were told we will get a bill for $ 5.50 for trash and a second bill there are absolutely no gas meters in The building how can they tell who cooks a big meal every day and who does not which I do not cook I feel that’s against the law when you have no meters and they’re charging you for cooking you can go in the trash room anytime of the day and it will be filled with trash you can’t open the door. They just put all new concrete outside the front door and the dogs are peeing and pooping and it looks horrible I refuse to bring my friends here I’m in Barris by the front of the building also some people who have big dogs are too lazy to bring their dogs outside to go to the bathroom so they bring him down the fire escape steps and they P all over it’s disgusting and the germs ... I take my shoes off when I walk in my door and Lysol them I do not wish shoes in my place I feel that if you have a dog they should be in a separate apartment that was for buildings here and they should all be in one building some people have three dogs.. I can go on and on about the people upstairs for me I was told to call the police when they start at 8:30 till around one every morning the police will think I’m a crazy woman every night if I call them every night. That’s crazy I’ve complained and the result is call the police they won’t even say anything to the people about the noise. Other than that I love my apartment as long as I don’t go outside
