    15-30 minute waits aren't bad at all.
    Inside location offers protection from cold and weather. CURRENTLY BUILDING ACCESSIBILITY, so it seems they hear our pleas.

    As far as train systems go, PATCO is pretty fantastic. It gives the towns along its tracks 24/7 train access into Center City Philadelphia at a frequency far higher than that of SEPTA on the Pennsylvania side of the river. This station however lacks accessibility accommodations, so I'll have to withhold a star until those get built in a few years.
