  I agree with Brian...this guy IS a jerk. Wrote a very nice email about a collection I needed appraised and sold and was making my first attempt to establish a relationship. Email was read within an hour of my sending it (I know this because I had a "read receipt" on it) yet he never replied. The next day I sent it back asking if they had received it and asked that as a courtesy, even if they couldn't help me...could they please at least write back to say so...nothing...Why IS this place open to the public if they have no interest in new business. Giving 1-star only because zero isn't an option.
