  I have been an avid individual eyelash extension customer for the past two years, however, I have never had such a terrible experience before! First, the spa is extremely unsanitary; they do not wash their hands before doing your lashes and go in and out of the room while putting them on. Also, I was poked in the eye several times!!!!! After they were on, they looked great, however, they ripped out all of my natural lashes which has never happened before. It may seem like a great deal- but, you get what you pay for! I suggest spending a little more money for great, sanitary service elsewhere.
